Cant Add a Category or Course

I am having difficulty adding categories and courses .

When I try to add a category it pops up the add category box I insert a category hit submit and the box just sits there and does nothing?

When I try to add a new course it says Error while processing the requested operation?

Any help would be great.

Hi Christopher,
welcome on board. Well, those behaviours are not supposed to happen. So I guess there is something wrong with your installation. Have you tried checking the tech specs of your Forma?
Maybe your php version is not the right one? Or the folder permissions?
