Go to custom field manager (appCore/index.php?modname=field_manager&op=field_list&of_platform=framework) and click on the edit icon relative to the dropdown field.
Click add element.

Same for Additional fields.

se lo stato è non iniziato, non c'è record in learning_commontrack, per cui non puoi modificare.
Se lo stato è in itinere, puoi farlo.

Evidentemente il testo personalizzato fa override sulla chiave di lingua.

Non è un log relativo alla procedura di upgrade, e ad ogni modo non è parlante.
Purtroppo solo PHP8.2 chiama dei fatal in caso di mysql error, per cui ti occorre un debug più spinto.

Dovrei essere sulla tua istanza per investigare, c'è sicuramente qualcosa che non fai o fai male.
