Test time increases

If someone in middle of the test , click back button on browser and click next button in quiz , remaining time increases.
How to set this problem. This is a very critical issue and need to be fixed.

broadly speaking, users should not click the back button on their browser while they are in the middle of a test, or while they are viewing a Scorm.

It's like being in a payment transaction with your credit card or your home banking and hitting "back" or "forward": you risk submitting the same payment more than once..
