Flow of Course Objects

Greetings, I was wondering if there is a way to have the course objects flow to the next course object in line instead of going to the course object menu? Similar to the way you can have the first object open when the attendee clicks on the course for the first time.

Also, curious if I can display the list of course objects in the current course while in a course object.
