Error in opening SCORM

I am attaching the error screen while opening the SCORM file. Please help.

Hi Mahendra, the error says that the Lms doesn't find the files it's looking for.
have you zipped it correctly?
is it maybe malformed?
have you tested on a third-party service like Scorm cloud?

Dear Max,

It is opening correctly in my login in my office, but at other location with different user login for the first time, it shows this error. We got this error for the first time, before this it was running fine and some 20 users have completed this course.
