Virtual class: you need to have a separate videconferencing tool and integrate it with Forma.
Big Blue Button is an open source webconferencing tool already integrated in Forma, there are a lot of threads about it
If you want to use other tools (Zoom, GoToWebinar, whatever) you need development or commercial plugins.

Regarding, the forum. Is it the LO FAQ ? There is no forum possible to set up in top bar navigation menus for all the platform ?

- no, it's not the FAQ Learning Object. The forum I mentioned is the course forum, which is a menu item, normally found in collaborative area. But you can move it wherever you want.

If you want a forum across the whole platform, it's the community forum alfa24 is mentioning. It has not been dismissed at all.
