[ANSWERED] Please explain: Survey results

Post by forrestad »

Hello. I'm new to Forma LMS and evaluating it to see if it will fit my organization's needs. I am impressed by the work done by the developers in many areas. I could use some help understanding some parts of the Forma LMS system. I only have access to Forma version 2.3 at this time. But, please if features have been added to version 2.4.2, please feel free to describe how the functional requirement can be met by the software.

QUESTION:
When a "survey" type learning object is created within a course, where do the survey results appear? How can an instructor view the information collected by the survey questions?

In the LO stats, by clicking on the survey itself. Data are aggregated and anonymous.

Thank you for the reply.

Documenting for myself and anyone seeking this in the future:
Within the Stat Area of a course, click the "Learning object stats" link. Then click on the NAME of the survey (poll) to see the aggregated results, or click on the ICON to the right to see a list of which students have completed or not attempted the survey.
