New installation can not upload config.php

Hello..

I am new here, I just installed Formalms on freevar.com hosting. This hosting does not provide cpanel. I have to access directory by net2ftp or filezilla.

now the problem is the Formalms directory is not writable. Directory has 755 permission. I am unable to upload file in the formalms folder. However I can upload config.php in root directory.

I am unable to create any new file in formalms folder.
