This said, if you need paid assistance, you can contact me, otherwise you can wait the official team fix your issues, and they'll surely do if they recognize them as priority issues.

Oh...sorry, I didn't mean ...was really frustrated with the issues thats y , as I m new to forma, so thought it would work fine, but with lot of issues. I m facing challenge from my boss...no issues let's see how it get resolved, thanks for your time

the whole team is on holiday now. We released Forma 2.4.2 just before the holidays, and in it we inserted further fixes and improvements.
What alfa24 has said above is totally right and totally clear, IMO.
The only thing I can add, and I refer to something you wrote some posts ago, is that the LMS is and remains open source. There is no "paid" version. There is an association, and its members have some advantages. One of which is being able to download the latest version.

Hi, so this means non paid members will not be able to download that...?
