i trying for the first time forma.lms for e learner solution,
i work in xampp environment.
i find a problem - i cant upload file greeter 2 mb, that can be? or same change in setting can change it?

It's not a forma.lms problem. It's a behavior of your php installation . check and modify upload file size in php.ini
