add 10 users

Hi all,

i want to allow user(public admin?) to add 10 users,
how i can perform it?

Main>administrator>public admin profile

Then click on "settings" of your public admin profile and set to 10 the maximum nr of users that your public admin can create.

i just do it but from where i add the users?
admin area is empty

Well, that's because you still didn't create any public admin profile...

Create a public admin profile, and set the options as I described above, included the 10 users limit.

Change the profile of the user you want to be a public admin and choose public admin.
Then assign that profile you just created to that user.
Then set the user's permissions (users, courses, locations).
