How to add questions as a file in assessment

How we can add a word document(contains set of questions and images) as question in assessment ? While adding questions, we have an option like "Upload File". But there we have only option to add question as text. Please help on this.

The upload file question allows users to upload a file in a test, i.e. to submit an external exercise or any other file

If you want the students to download a file you can just upload it anywere on the web and then link it in the question text

'File upload' is Just a type of question where the teacher for example asks students to upload a compiled file (an essay, a filled in Excel file..). The question and the instructions have to be inserted in the question field.
The student answers uploading his file.
