Can the completed indicator be done automatically, I can set it manually.
In the front end, the course is mark as in progress, but in the back end there is a check mark
indicating completed.
See image 1 and 2.
Milan course is mark as in progress.
The attachment Complete.png is no longer available
Now, in the second image there is check mark that say 100% complete.
Complet2.png
When you complete the course the indicator should be automatically.

Hi Cao,
your first image is missing, anyway maybe there is some confusion so let me give some more information.

A course is a container of learning objects (one or more items). Completing a course means that the user has completed the action required to set it as complete, but you have to configure it, first. It can be a test, a scorm...whatever you want.

Completing an object means viewing it if it's a page, achieving the pass mark if it's a test, achieving the completion method set in the publishing options if it's a scorm (score or slides viewed, for example).

100% does not mean your user has completed the course: it means that the user has completed 100% of the items included in the course.

In your case, you have a user that completed an item (green flag) and 100% of the items. BUT - since you didn't configure "how to mark a course completed" your user is still considered as "in progress" in the course.

So, the only thing you're missing is
- go to the properties of the LO you want to set as the End Object Marker (it's the wrench icon)
- set that object as "end object marker" and save

That's it. Once a user completes that LO, not only the LO will be displayed as completed but also the course will be set as completed.

thank for the answer.
the End Object Marker was the solution.
there are a lot setting in the program but very little definition or how that setting suppose to work.
try and error. try something and see what happen.
I will put together a you tube video on how to.
the most important thing in an lms is uploading the course, and keeping track of the users.
anything else is gravy.
Thank
