Issue while installing

Hi, I am trying to setup FormaLMS V2.3 on my laptop, but unable to proceed beyond step 2 - System Check of the installation (The next step button is disabled). Is it because of the PHP version or error due to the config.php (refer attachment)? I don't see any config.php in the root folder of the FormaLMS installable. How do I resolve this issue?

Hi, welcom on board.

Please search on the forum before posting, this issue has been discussed countless times.
The items highlighted in red are your issue: Forma 2x needs PHP 7.0, doesn't work with later versions. That will come with forma 3.
