[SOLVED] Untranslated (non existant) keys

Hi!
I switched on Language debugging (as I am working on Latvian translation) and I find that there is still some keys missing even in English translation.
For example in Help Desk - Subject I see: ยง(configuration)helpdesk subj
I understand that I can add keys to translation file. I tried to add "helpdesk subj" in module "configuration" but it did not seem working.
Can I somehow figure out the key I must add from debugging information?
