How can i add diploma for final test?
I added final test in TEST SECTION

Do you always have to go in and 'release' the certificates or is there a way to have them auto-released upon course completion?

I'm afraid I haven't got your question.
If you set the certificate as user release and assign it for completed status, the certificate will be released upon the first download by the user or the generation by the admin.
The release simply consists in writing the file in the storage and it's completely transparent to the user.
If you need the certificare release date and time to be exactly the same of course completion date, you need to make some changes in the code.
