Disable simultaneous access with the same username

Hi, I noticed that same user can be login from two different machines at the same time, i think it is a security issue, so i checked the settings and noticed that "Disable simultaneous access with the same username" is checked also along with IP option in 2.3, however even after checking this it is allwing me to create multiple sessions for the same username on two different machines. Kindly see

Hi,
we checked, and actually we confirm it's working fine.
If the control is enabled, a user cannot simultaneously play courses from 2 different PC's or 2 different IP's
Also, a user cannot play the same course with 2 different browsers.
The control only sets in when a user enters a course, NOT when a user just moves around in the LMS.
