Community or Group plugin

Hi,
I am totally new to Forma but it just looks a cut above all the rest.
I just wanted to ask a few questions. I haven't even begun to explore or experiment with the installation yet.
But is there a community or a group section to Forma? For members to interact or chat?
Also any skins or theme plugins.
Thanks very much.

Hi there, welcome on board!
Yes, forma has a "forum" feature, check the documentation here for details:

Themes can be edited by CSS. Make sure you duplicate the theme folder first and work on the duplicate.
Plugins can be developed using the sample plugins included with the system as a starting point. What are you wishing to achieve?

Seems the way it works? Community probably isn't the correct term...maybe 'Forma marketplace' is a better term?

Scubatricky: again, the user had asked for a feature that is not there (skins or theme plugins).
First of all there is already a commercial plugin that can be used to edit skins and CSS (I didn't even link to it). Alberto, Alfa24 and you gave useful help to the user, that can achieve what he asked for without any plugin if he wants.
This forum has almost 12.000 posts (I don't even mention the documentation, because I know that you have something to say about that, too): why do you keep saying that this forum is not a community but a marketplace? Do you think that there are 12.000 "I can give you a quote" posts?
Btw: even it if was a marketplace it would still be helpful for users.
Unnecessary sarcasm, misleading comments and this kind of behaviour will not be to tolerated anymore.

Hi,
Thanks for the feedback, very much appreciated.
The forum is fine and fits into what I wanted as a form of communication for users.
The only other thing is the plugins. Most of them are pretty expensive such as the main change theme and branding Templely which is 180,00€ I mean for just adding your own logo and front page surly should be included, should it not?
Have a good day.

Hi,
you can still manually change your logo and theme, there is a detailed tutorial for that.
Templedit is normally given free of charge to customers who purchase our hosting or maintenance service.
