We are trying to configure BigBlueButton and we are having issues with the video conferencing, the plugin has been installed and we tried to create a new room under the Video conferencing tab (collaborative area); we have put in all the information, but after pressing "create" it takes us back to the menu and it says "you can't create any more rooms", even though there are no rooms created.

What could be the issue?

I can only tell you to follow the tutorial on how to configure BBB on our documentation section. That message anyway seems to come from BBB, not from Forma. You might have limited the number of rooms you can create.

What is the max allowed number of rooms per user (see config)?

We tried to configure with the BBB test server as mentioned here: https://formalms.org/tutorial/211-how-t ... forma.html and we got the following error:

Fatal error: Cannot make static method FormaPlugin::getUrl() non static in class Plugin\ConferenceBBB\Conference in /home/geycro/public_html/learning-center/plugins/ConferenceBBB/Conference.php on line 22

Any idea what should be fixed to make it work?

PHP Version: 7.3.6

Downgrade to php 7.0.

We were looking in the wrong place, PHP Version is 7.0.33

Please provide the whole stack trace of the error, because I'm not able to reproduce it.
