Hi,
Is there a way I can enable course rating by user that can be displayed on the catalog and help other learners decide.

Hello,
no, that is not an available feature in Forma. It would make for a nice development, though.

It wouldn't be a LMS strict feature. Better if you integrate with an e-commerce system (

Yes, it could be a new feature in Forma or an integration with WooCommerce, for instance
