DB Error updating to 3.39
/home/virtual/vps-d5d7c7/e/e4ce592d4f/public_html/upgrade/data/upg_data/30300_db.sqlDuplicate key name 'regroup_idx'

no sure what to do?

You should add the if not exists clause to the SQL instruction that tries to recreate the index.

3.3.9 is not public, so I don't have the code. Find the wrong SQL and correct adding the workaround I suggested if you are able. Otherwise you can ask a developer. If you need me, you can contact me privately.
