Task Schedule Interval

Can someone explain the Task Schedule Interval (how to run the task interval)? What needs to be in the box before day or hour is selected?

Hi tpufki, and welcome onboard ;)
The first "schedule" option allow you to choose whether to launch the task only once ("At") or many times at a specific interval.
