(Settings) Bypass 8MB limit for SCORM content upload

Hello Friends,
I used Docebo some 3 years back and was successfully able to configure it to run an elearning demo portal with proper SCORM learning material.
Now I am returning to Docebo after a long time and recently installed another demo with this new "Docebo Reborn".
Although everything looks same, but when I try to upload the same elearning content under a course, the system suddenly logs me out and return to the login screen.
Here is the detail what I was trying to do-
I created a category "Business" under that created a new course "Cellphone". Then I tried to upload the "Course Logo" and "Demo Content". The permissible size for the demo content is 8MB, however, I tried uploading a content of 13MB. Doing this suddenly logs me out of the docebo system.
Could you please guide me whether this is a misconfiguration or really a bug? Because this was not present in the original Docebo system, as I was able to successfully upload the content of more than 20MB.
Does anyone has any solution for this ?
Is there anyway, I can bypass this 8MB limit for file upload?
Just to add to the details-
I have installed the demo locally on my laptop and currently using Win-XP running XAMPP server.
Your help will be highly appreciated.
