The Elearning Community

I seem to be unable to uplaod a files or picture to my site. When I try to upload I just get a white screen.
Can someone point me to the right direction to fix this.

When posting, please always report the version you are using (docebo 3, docebo4, Forma....) and whether you are working online (linux or window server?) or with a local installation. And please report more exactly what you tried to do and where (i.e.: in the administration section, in the course materials...)

Anyway: what you are describing seems simply a question of settings and or permissions. Check Administration>main>configuration>settings>advanced>file upload whitelist

If it's not enough, you should also check if the mimetype settings on your server match the allowed extensions in the applications
