creating administration profile problem

Need help regarding creating administration profile in forma lms. Problem in edit setting: admin i get this webpage but no save tab

This happens if core_role table is corrupted, as it doesn't contain one or more rows. If you have not created modules, it must be a bug of Forma version you are using.

Hi to all.
after upgrading to FormaLms 1.3, I have the same problem; but my installation shouldn't be corrupted, my Administrator management pages were working perfectly; I tried to apply the patch provided by Alberto, but no results.
Administration profiles created before my upgrade work ok, but it seems I can't create Node Administrators any longer.
