I was wondering does forma LMS have the ability to get a notification when a student has completed to course so we can issue certificate to the student?

Hi,

go to "event manager" under Administration>main>settings>event manager and you'll see all the possible events that you can turn on and off. You'll see that you can set teachers to be notified when a student completes a course.
