non c'è un modo automatico, bisogna modificare il codice che genera il certificato...comunque quelli esistenti dovresti rigenerarli tutti.
Se ti può aiutare mi pare che uno dei primi numeri del nome corrisponda all'id del corso, poi dovrebbe esserci lo userid dell'utente e un numero random.
