Courses and mcqs restrictions

Post by TAD »

Hi All
I have a problem and I would like to know if it is possible to solve it.
I finished well with the installation of formalms and create courses but only I realize during the tests that the learner can download the courses, we do not want the learners to be able to copy the MCQs or download the courses, including is there a solution to this?

Well, the content you add with the LMS is basically just html, so it's normal that anyone can copy it.
And if you upload a pdf it's normal that the user can download it, that's why you uploaded it in the first place.
The only way to avoid learners copying or downloading is to use SCORM content, especially with some specific tools that disable the right-click and save.

Yes, but remember that not all scorm editors are the same. With Storyline, for example, users cannot right-click and save. But other tools might behave differently
