Exam is error

I meet error when I do test about 45 minutes. It is auto logout when finish. May you help me?

Can you explain a little more?
Are you talking about tests created with the Lms or scorms?
What is "auto logout when finish"? I've never heard of that....

Maybe you created a temporized test, and the time to complete it is longer than the platform session time?

Check the scorm filename: does it have an ' or letters such as à, ù, and the like?
