Storyline player settings for resuming course in Docebo

Hello, I am having users experience problems when exiting the course and later resuming the course - they are being returned to a screen in a prior module instead of the last screen they visited before exiting.

The SCORM 2004 file for the course was authored in Articulate Storyline.

In Storyline, the player is set to "Always Resume" - the option that indicates the course would resume where the student left off without asking.

There is also a box that states, "When running in LMS, ignore Flash cookie" with a checkbox next to it. I have kept this box checked.

Does the Docebo LMS support a prompt-to-resume feature? Should I uncheck this box? Are there other settings that you are aware of that may be impacting why the course is redirecting users to prior screens upon course re-entry?

Hi Eklar,
yes - Docebo CE Lms and Forma LMS support the prompt-to-resume. And we've been using storyline for a long time.
I'll do some investigation on the topic and let you know.

Ok, I tried. Everything's fine.

This zip I attach is a scorm2004 4ht edition, and on a Docebo CE 405 it correctly prompts to resume.
I checked "prompt to resume" and let the checkbox checked.

This second scorm is set as "always resume" without asking, and it also resumes correctly.

I set the tracking options as "completed/incomplete".
