Course copy - Select learning objects

This patch adds a new option in the copy course function, allowing to choose wich Learning Object copy from the original course to the new one.

NOTE: this feature has been included in Forma Lms

It's not retrieving the course list, maybe just a session problem? (please write in english in the english forum, or open a new post in the italian one)
