i see the file name of downloaded certificate include unique ID,
how i include that number in the certificate itself?

You don't
In the certificate you can include a large number of fields (listed in the tags you can find in the certificate management section). The certificate is generated once the conditions you have set are achieved by a user, and the file name is generated in that moment. So the file name cannot be inserted in the pdf.

But why do you need this? You already have a list of users and their certificates in "Certificate Management".
