installation error, could not login

Hi,

I installed the latest version of forma but at step 6 is not moving forward.

However I tried to see the site and it appears but I could not login using the user and the password provided at the installation.

I would really need some help in order to figure it out how to make it work.

In step 6 of a fresh installation forma.lms install the database creating the needed tables and loading the initial data language files

The database must be exist before you start installation ( create it with a db admin tool as phpmyadmin )

Check with a database tools as phpmyadmin:
a) if tables was correctly created in the database
b) if tables was loaded with initial data
c) if language files was loaded

In step 5 you must select at least one language, otherwise you will not able to move from step 6 to next step ( see attach image )

i trying for the first time forma.lms for e learner solution,
i work in xampp environment.
i find a problem - i cant upload file greeter 2 mb, that can be? or same change in setting can change it?
