Question Block Missing TextBox

Hello
we've built an assessment and it worked well. After that on a new assessment and even the previous one created if we add one question, the textbox for input the question text is missing. It is missing even when we try to edit a previous question.
We tried on all browsers, delete cache and restart the server. Nothing worked and we cannot create more questions in any of the existing assignments or new ones
Please help! thank you

Issue - solved
We changed the editor in Settings/Main options/ Visual HTML editor from tiny to textbox as there was a missing class in tiny (BUG).

And actually I wasn't finding anything wrong....

Yes because you have the editor most probably set to textbox and not tiny - please replicate it by changing it to tiny and trying to create a quiz. Thanks!

no, actually I normally use the tiny editor without problems. What you might have experienced, rather than an issue with the assessment, is maybe an issue with the editor itself. If you search on this forum you will find that if it happens there's a very quick procedure to fix the editor.
