Removing All Categories Menu Item

In fig #1 I've circled the "All Categories" menu button and the words "All categories - No content available"
Is there any way of deleting this menu button and the text to the right of it?

In fig #2 is there any way of getting rid of the "No content available" and replace it with text?

In fig #3 I've attached the parent/child tree for the 2 courses.

There is no way to do it from the interface, you can remove the "all categories" filter by doing some custom coding.
In the upcoming Forma 2.0 that issue is solved.

As per "no content available": it's possible to change it in the language settings.
Look for
MODULE: standard
Translation key: _NO_CONTENT
Translation: No content available >>> you can change that inline.
