Create Topic Format Course

How to create Topics Format course using SCORM packages in Forma? For example i have 2 SCORM packages. In the Forma, I need to build a course with two topics "Title 1"and "Title 2". Each tile would contain one SCORM package under it.

In forma lms you can upload as many LO's as you want. In the "materials" section you will have a list of all the LO's that you uploaded.
You can also create folders, and upload your LO inside the folders.
