Hide "All categories" directory in Course Catalog

In 3.6 there was a way to enable a course catalog, and only show a list of courses.
It appears in 4.05 that there is not a way to Hide "All categories" directory in Course Catalog.
This results in the directory appearing at the top of the course catalog,
and if very large, having to scroll down to see available courses.

Does anyone know how to hide the "All categories" directory in Course Catalog tab?
