how a student can send back file to teacher ?

I would like to put a file the student must fill.

But I dont see how the student can save the file after fill

Hi, 2 options:

in the tests, there is a type of question called UF (upload file). You can use that question to have the student send the file to the teacher
there is a feature called repository (you should activate it in your menu) that also does the same thing.

the first option is of course the easier one.

You have to customize your course menu and assign a new item (the repository) to it
I suppose you don't know how to customize the menu, but that is another question and probably another thread.....
I think it's better to use the first option, it's much simpler.
