Competencies - how to get user to score themselves

Looking for some help getting competencies setup so a user can score themselves

I have them all setup just cannot get the user to access them ?

Any help would be great

Thanks Max - so is there anyway of setting it up so the users give themselves an initial score for their competencies so we can then priorities training etc.

Hi Neal, what I would do is for example: run a course with just an assessment, in order to rank the users. That will be their initial score. Then, according to results, you sort them out and enroll them to different courses that certify their current level.
If they pass, they are entitled to the next course. And so on
