Configure Registration Page

Hi, I have changed the setting to allow users to self-register, but upon hitting the register button, there is a message of "operation failure" on the page. I can not seem to figure out why this is happening. Do you have any advice Max?

You probably didn't configure the e-mail sender correctly. Upon registration the system tries to send an e-mail, if that event is enabled, and if the e-mail cannot be sent then you get operation failure
