Course and Language Mgmt Edit Icons are not visible

Hi, I dont know, why the course and language mgmt edit icons are not visible, it was visible during first installation, but after that it is not showing, i can still edit by hovering the mouse over the exact location but icon is not visible, any help. pls help, this is happening with all the tables, in the forma 2.3, i can see table but not the icons in table, i need to click based on where i can see hand cursor.check the table in the attached image, it is not showing any icon, but i can click when it show hand cursor, it is happening with all the tables

I suggest to double check permissions.
First of all, post a screenshot where I can understand which page is missing the icon and which is the missing icon. Then I'll provide the path to check for file existence and its correct permissions.

Hi,

This page is course creation, however, wherever table is coming, if you check in the screenshot, after waiting column icons in other column are not visible, however, if i take the mouse point over there, and click in the column it is working, i am working as super admin in this. in All the tables it is not coming even if i go to language management, it doesn't show edit icon, i need click based on the assumption only.

It seems you're experiencing issue with sprites.
Check the existence of /path_to_your_lms_root/templates/your_used_template/images/ico_sprite.png file.
Check its permissions (suggested to be 755).
If the file is not there or is not reacheable, you should have an error in your browser developer tools, network tab (404 or 403).
Any other issue should be investigated on your instance.
