Ipad issues 14.3

Hi,
I am having issues with modules not completing when running on iPad pro running 14.3 in both Chrome and Safari browsers with cache cleared. The score is sent to the grade book but the brown tick remains. Forma 2.4.3 and 2.4.2

I have tested the scorm 1.2 files on Scorm cloud and Masterstudy where they work without issue.
Files published in Articulate storyline 360.

The same files work on an older iPad Air running 12.3 and on a pc running windows 10 and on Macbook running Catalina.

I tried disabling the 'Prevent cross-site Tracking' but still with no joy.
Anyone else having similar issues?
