Problem with custom fields

Dear team,

I added a custom field on my platform (and flagged the option to make these custom fields mandatory during registration ; in Italian the option is: "Campi supplementari obbligatori").

Unfortunately if I try to register a new account oin my platform, the additional custom fields are not displayed and requested.
What the matter? I followed the online guide but I can't understand why this tool is not working

Hi,

did you assign the field to the organisation chart? If I remember well, the guide specifies that step, too. If you don't assign it, it will never show up

Hi there! It seems I have the same problem. Two of my custom fields disappeared from the "New User" screen.
I actually had this active since long ago. So yes, I selected Org. Chart.

Nevertheless, I tried to add them again or edit them (I see my Custom fields there) but no luck.

Well, the answer is the same as before: there are no problems with custom fields we're aware of.
Also, what do you mean with "disappeared"? What happened before they disappeared? You might have changed some options.
