Forma LMS 3.3.10

Hi all, Forma LMS 3.3.10 is out and finally available for everybody.
This is a maintenance release fixing some bugs and finalizing some DB changes needed for Forma 4 migration.

You will need to upgrade your platform to version 3.3.10 or higher to be able to migrate to the new Forma 4.x

Also, version 3.3.10 will be now considered that latest stable and supported version, while the previous 3.2.1 won't get any further support.

Anyway:
PHP support
Full support for PHP from 7.4.x
Dropped support for PHP < 7.4

PHP 8.0 will cause many fatal errors, starting with installation.
