what do you mean by English Exam? I don't understand. Are you creating (or do you want to create) a test with docebo tools or with some scorm editor?

My mean is: Create a question which have many fill blank (entries Textbox).

unfortunately the TE (text entry - fill the blank) question in Docebo can only manage one fill the blank at a time

Articulate Storyline too

I think Adobe Captivate is able to manage more than one fill the blank in the same question.
