Hello,
I've install a new 4.5 Docebo, And add courses on it.
I've also add new users into LMS, when I logged any user into LMS
I see that All session time and Total time is the same and starts as 8h 00m?
What is the problem, I've attached the screeshot of that screen..
the total time and session time are the same as 8:00 for all user for all courses.
Where is the mistake?

Hi nangi thanks for sharing your solution!
Consider also upgrading to "Forma", the new version we released some days ago and fixes a lot of bugs and adds some new features

Re: Session and total time problem on th ecourses page
Hi Alberto,
This is great news. well I will try it asap.
I have 2 lms with 4.0 and 4.5 and also there are real/live attendies that uses this version so How can I upgrade docebo 1.4.5 and 1.4.0 to forma? is there any procedure or document for upgrading ?

Re: Session and total time problem on th ecourses page
Hi Nangi,
the upgrading procedure is documented in the installation and upgrading files.
Apart from that, be sure to always backup your db and - very important - your original language file before proceeding.
Also, you should do the upgrading when there are no users working; i.e. make the Lms not accessible.
Once you'll have Forma Lms, you'll also have a nice maintenance mode feature that you'll be able to use for this kind of major upgrades or maintenance.

Re: Session and total time problem on th ecourses page
I am having the same problem, but as i have hosted in shared server i am not allowed to changed the php.ini . Same error comes in formaLms also
changing the timezone by .htaccess only changes the php root directory scropts and not mysql
and hence the time difference starts
any solution suggested for this?

Re: Session and total time problem on th ecourses page
Hi all,
for the bug reported here you must syncronize the timezone setted in php and mysql .
See the solution reported in this thread viewtopic.php?f=2&t=7591&p=14167&hilit=timezone#p14167
The fix will be available with the possiblity to set the php timezone for the formalms website in the configuration file in the next release of FormaLms 1.2 . that is in RC stage .
