forma 1.3 - admin and public profile

Hi gurus

found the next bug:

test locally with xampp 3.2.1
firefox 33.1.1
windows 7 64 bit

cant enter setting of admin profile (attaching print screen).
when add user to public admin profile, cant see him in management tab.
click on plugin manager tab leads to Plugin feature disabled.

Hi Slava,
you run in a bug (already know) ...
there is a "not correct" handling of permission pane for administer admin profile .
it search plugin permission also if plugin features is disabled.
you can download a patch (only missed file are present) here at sourceforge

i get this “Plugin feature disabled ” too, no other word . and i setting plug manage of admin profile,but it can't work.
