Is Forma right for me?

Hi all
First time poster, first time viewer and here because i'm looking for some very limited functionality in a Learning Management System. Basically i need to track the people i train and issue certificates on the courses they have attended and the individual modules they have completed on those courses. It would be great if I can brand those certificates, customize them and export them as a PDF. The icing on the proverbial cake would be to automate the process of generating the certificates (ie trainee name and what they have achieved and then to) and issuing them to the trainees.

I have been pretty much searching for answers in and around certificate making software and stumbled really on the concept of LMS solutions, given what i need to do, is Forma right for me?
