Adding user to node

Hi!

I am stuck again trying to add user to Organization node. I click user selection icon, select user and click "Save changes" and it will give me Server error 500.

Is this also known bug?

Hi, you're using php 7.4, while Forma LMS 2.x is compatible wit PHP until version 7.0.
You'll encounter several fatal errors.
