Grade book visibility issue

Hi everyone,

I have 3 instance of Forma-lms version 2.4.3 (updated and purchased recently).

One of the them has issue with GradeBook visibility, just super-admin can see grade-books, and all the others(teachers, instructors, etc..) can not see it, even with the right privileges for that course. I think the function return null because there is no link and it's not clickable at all, when you go through grade-book icon to click you just see "javascript:void(0)".

There is another mystery that some setting are not available in this instance like:

* Limit the user to only one node of the organization chart

I've check all logs and settings that I knew and I played a lot but no luck
Could you please guide me how to fix this issue?

Maybe something wrong during the upgrades? Or some menu settings not correct?

Anyway, you could also try upgrading to 2.4.4 and see if it solves.

Thanks Max for quick reply,

Upgrade was so smooth through all instances.
About menu and setting I have to say, we've checked all options and compare it to other instance, that’s how we find out some setting are missing on this box.

I have a question, seeing grade-book just needs proper permission on a course(like teacher, instructor), right? nothing more than that!
